SPARK: how we put 5 CX principles into practice
To keep our promise to our customers - to spark success at the heart of their business - and to ensure they all experience the best customer experience (CX) possible, we set up the internal SPARK sessions in 2021.
CX specialist Farah Soeleimansjah: “At SD Worx, we all put the customer first, but everyone does it in their own way. It's much more powerful when we do it consistently all together. So, we mapped out how SD Worx defines customer-centricity and which values to expect in customer interactions.”
The result is SPARK, an acronym for 5 guiding CX principles, in a logical order:
